Follow your order from confirmation to delivery

Keep your order number and the email or telephone number used at purchase. If a tracking link is issued, use the carrier's official website to review shipment updates.

Understand the status

Order confirmed means the purchase details have been recorded. Processing may include payment checks, sizing or production. A shipping label created means shipment information has been prepared; it does not necessarily mean the carrier has received the parcel. In transit and delivered are carrier updates and should be checked against actual receipt.

If you have not received an update

Check your spam folder and the contact information on the order. Contact the store with the order number and purchaser name. Do not post order details or your home address in a public comment.

If delivery does not match the tracking

Confirm the delivery address and check whether an authorized recipient accepted the parcel. If it is still missing, contact the store promptly so it can open an investigation. Keep relevant messages and delivery notifications.

Changes and pickup

Request address changes before dispatch; they require verification. For store pickup, wait for explicit confirmation that the item is ready and ask which identification is needed.
