Price and currency
Unless a quotation states otherwise, prices are in US dollars (USD). The final quotation or checkout should identify the product price, applicable taxes, delivery charges and any agreed service fees before payment. A quotation's validity period must be stated; market movements do not change an already accepted price unless an agreed order modification applies.
Authorization and verification
An order may require payment authorization and reasonable verification. If a transaction cannot be completed, the store will explain the next step and arrange any required release or refund. A pending authorization and a completed charge may appear differently with your bank.
Deposits and custom orders
For custom orders, please confirm the deposit amount, balance due date, production schedule and cancellation terms in writing before payment.
Refunds and security
Approved refunds should return to the original payment method where possible. Do not send full card numbers, security codes or banking passwords by email or social message. Independently confirm any unexpected change in payment instructions through a known store contact.
