Clear product descriptions
We aim to explain the metal and its fineness, gemstone identity, natural or laboratory-grown origin, disclosed treatments and relevant measurements. A center-stone weight and a total stone weight should be identified separately. Grading reports are described by the issuing laboratory and the actual document supplied.
Considered guidance
A larger stone or a higher grade is not automatically the right choice for every customer. We encourage you to consider comfort, appearance, intended wear and budget, and to request written details before making a decision.
Care after purchase
Before payment, customers should be able to review the applicable delivery, return and warranty terms. Questions about a purchase deserve a clear next step, whether that is product clarification, an inspection or a written service estimate.
Claims supported by evidence
We do not use broad promises of guaranteed appreciation, universal certification, traceable origin or environmental superiority without supporting documentation for the specific product. Availability and service eligibility must be confirmed for each order.
