Care and support for your purchase

Keep the receipt and any warranty documents supplied with your jewelry. Before purchasing, ask which written warranty, if any, applies to the item, who provides it and how to request service.

Understand the coverage

Coverage periods, eligible products, remedies and exclusions are set out in the applicable written terms. Jewelry, watches, pre-owned pieces and repair services may have different arrangements. Do not assume that accidental damage, wear, loss or theft is included in manufacturing-defect coverage.

Request an assessment

If a stone, setting or clasp appears loose, stop wearing the piece. Contact us with proof of purchase, a description of the concern and clear photographs where useful. Follow the store's instructions for inspection or shipping, and do not send jewelry without confirming the arrangements.

Inspection and service options

An inspection may be needed to identify the cause of a problem and determine the applicable service. Before authorizing work, confirm whether it is covered, any assessment or repair charges, shipping costs and the estimated completion time. If a repair or replacement is offered, review its details before accepting.

After your service

Keep the service record and follow the care instructions for your piece. If the same concern returns, contact us with the previous service information. Warranty and service arrangements do not affect rights available under applicable law.
