A choice shaped by nature and personal preference
Natural diamonds form through geological processes within the Earth. Their natural origin is distinct from the controlled production of laboratory-grown diamonds; origin alone does not tell you how attractive or suitable a particular stone will be.
Select the individual stone
Consider cut quality, color, clarity and carat weight alongside visible dimensions, setting style and your budget. Ask to view the diamond under more than one lighting condition where practical, and compare the information supplied for each candidate.
Read the supporting documents
Where a laboratory report is supplied, check its number and the description of the stone. Ask about treatments and any special care. A grading report does not, by itself, guarantee resale value, identify every step of the supply chain or serve as an insurance valuation.
Make the purchase your own
Choose a stone because its appearance and meaning suit you. Request the total price and applicable return terms before committing. Specific inventory, report availability and any origin claims must be confirmed for the chosen item.
Ask about available natural diamonds.
