A clear path from an idea to a purchase

Whether you are choosing a gift or a piece for yourself, start with the occasion, preferred style and a comfortable total budget.

1. Explore and shortlist

Share reference images, metal preferences, diamond origin preferences and approximate size. Confirm which pieces are available to view and whether ordering or customization is needed. Website images may be enlarged and screen colors can vary; use written dimensions and, where possible, view the piece itself.

2. Review a written quotation

Check the item reference, metal fineness, stone specifications, report details if included, ring size, quantity, price, taxes, shipping and any service charges. Confirm how long a quotation is valid and whether the item is reserved.

3. Approve the order

Before payment, review delivery estimates, return eligibility, warranty coverage and any custom-order conditions. For made-to-order work, approve the design and the exact deposit and cancellation terms in writing before production begins. An inquiry alone does not reserve stock.

4. Pay and receive confirmation

Use only a payment method confirmed by the store or displayed in its verified checkout. Keep the order confirmation and receipt. Check your contact information and delivery address promptly.

5. Receive and review

Examine the jewelry and included documents on receipt. Contact the store promptly if anything is missing or differs from the written order. Keep packaging if a shipping issue needs investigation.
